Just got my power wagon

I finally got my power wagon I have been negotiating for 2 months with the owner he called this morning and said he wanted to sell. I was there within the hour. Its a 1946 id number 83900911 I am looking for a rear tailgate ,seat,rear running boards and interiorI have decided to restore it to original so any help advise would be great My wish list has only one thing on it A winch guess thats pretty common.
