OSHA, EPA, NLRB, BATF, and probably the TVA, BPA, FCC, FDA, and all the rest of the alphabet soup. Even so, I have to wonder what the total price tag came to. Based on the size of the camp, I wouldn't be surprised if there were 100 men there for a year. Plus 6 brand-new D8 cats, worn out by the end of the operation, a whole bunch of big-ass pumps, all the hydraulic monitors and other equipment that got wrecked when they detonated the bomb, the custom-built well head cutter, and everything shipped out into the middle of nowhere.
Must be fun to have a job that nobody else can do, and where the customer tells you, "We'd don't care what it costs, just get her done!"
