Big trucks often have a valve for locking the hydraulic brakes similar to a "Line Lock" used by racers. Simple to install and designed for the purpose of holding a truck securely in place for short durations while equipment is being used. I've seen photos of Power Wagons with them.
I bet you can find a used valve at a truck savage yard or on ebay. For a fee, a salvage yard will search for the part you need. But, now days there are on-line sites you can search.
Have you tried googling the part number? Getting the part number is the first step in finding a hard-to-get part. Go to a Ford truck dealer and ask him to look up the number.
