Looks like a Ranger OD. Used to be sold by Advanced Adapters. Goes between engine and Tranny. OD is ordered for engine and transmission. Its all plug n play. I had one I considered using on my M37. But I went Diesel and NV-4500. The Rangers are built like a Battleship and heavy.
