I know you know all of this but I chime in with the basics as it is easy to get excited and forget the obvious
Fuel, oxygen, pressure and heat are all needed for good combustion
Check all plugs for spark ...both ways at plug and at cable
Connect a separate fuel source with fresh gas directly to carb
Double check firing order and connections at distributor and plugs
Disconnect throttle linkage at carb and manually move it
If that's all good then remove air cleaner. Inspect and run
Measure compression of each cylinder
Then pull carb... clean and inspect for correct assembly ...culprit often
So, you are proving fuel is good, spark is good, firing is reliable and in order, pressure is good (compression), fuel dispursement is proper
Funny I have rebuilt a full engine only to have a fuel vapor lock to destroy me. Also, Once I was fooled by a small engine that soul run and stop after 3 min. Turned out breather in fuel cap was clogged. Kicked my own a$$
