You or someone else will have to sell it someday if you haven't messed it up so badly that it goes for scrap or parts.
So, plan ahead. Paint jobs are expensive and a reasonable color will increase the truck's value.
It's hard to go wrong if you pick a color that would have been originally available on the truck. But, some colors, such as yellow, aren't as easy to sell.
