Cleaned Battery terminals now my Check Engine light is on

I took your advice. Wife's 2003 Toyota Tacoma, looked and sure enough some corrosion on the POS terminal connection. Took it off and cleaned very well. Dinner interupted the cleaning so Pos cable was off for about 2 hours. After dinner came out, fishished job and reconnected. Started up truck only to find the Check Engine light illuminated. I ran it Sunday but the light never reset and it's still lit.

Any thoughts?
