When my boys were growing up they would listen to me. Now my oldest boy has his own house, Girl friend getting married. My middle son just bought a house, moves in the end of the month. My youngest is out west working. Life for me and my wife is a changing. They are making there own decisions. They ask me for advice and I tell them what i would do and at times they do what they want and It bothers me. My wife takes it better than me. I would ask my Dad about stuff and I remember taking his advice. I have to ask him. Its just hard seeing them grow up. My oldest boy has a shed that needs a new roof. Told him early in spring its time to work on that. Today he tells me hes doing it on Sunday. Should be in the low 90s. I made a few comments and I guess I will be there to help. At 50 I try to make smarter life choices but when your 27 your not there yet. Have fun and enjoy. Its JOB RATED. Thanks for letting me vent. Bill.
