You might find you have very little pedal travel with the larger diameter master, using the disc-disc master I would have probably have gone slightly smaller if anything - (I'd have to spend some time and do the maths) How are you going to plumb it? Larger reservoir to the rear end because of the extra cylinders? Or larger to the front and front rear axle?? As long as you get all your shoes adjusted correctly as in a major brake adjustment by the book, you should be good to go. When properly adjusted the shoes only travel about 25 thou, so if you don't get enough pedal travel you can back off the adjustment a bit, otherwise you have to change the lever ratio or go to a smaller master. I wouldn't go to a residual valve until I fitted and tested everything to see how it works. With 6x6 the back brakes do more work than the front due to weight distribution and load carrying needs and with the split system they need slightly more fluid displacement. You may find you need an adjustable proportioning valve in the system, but again you won't know until you test it.
