Check out the carryall thread on the PWA site, someone had done a 4-door carryall, on the stock frame if I'm not mistaken.
The best pictures of it are on the page I linked to but the build starts earlier. Not sure what happened, I don't remember seeing a finished result.
A LOT of work, but very cool!
