I have been thinking about his contributions to the hobby, and just how big of an impact his PWA has had on me. The coordination of regional events, established friendships with so many that I cannot count, and the wonderful trucks I had owned or still do....most of this would not have occurred without Gordon and his devotion to the hobby thru PWA.
The most rewarding of it all, PWA gave a breath of fresh OLD air, slow geared reading that made the hectic pace of today's lifestyle to be set aside for a bit.
