Regardless of the number, this is why I don't try to switch the starter lead. Put a switch in the smaller wire coming off the battery (or off the starter) that feeds everything else, and you'll have accomplished the same thing with a much more reasonable switch. There isn't going to be any stray leakage inside a starter that will run your battery down. The other reason I don't like the screw-type disconnects because the one time I had a rig with one (came that way) it would corrode over the winter and then I'd have to take it apart and scrape it clean before it would make a good enough connection to start in the spring. Probably a solid bronze one would be be fine, but the ones they sell these days are brass-plated pot metal.
