Is this this Ebay WC51 frame anyone here in the forum?

I ran across this ad on E-bay for a rolling frame from a WC51 and was wondering if it was one of you guys. Had a few questions about it.

Is the WC51 frame the same dimensions as say a WC41 3/4 or 12 ton?
