I built my own system. The wiper pivots are replacement units for an older Jeep. They just screw through the sheet metal with that little locating tab. I welded a second piece behind them to help support everything and prevent the holes from wallowing or bending over time (hopefully).
This attaches to some linkages made from heim joints and tubing to a Dodge Durango wiper motor that bolts to the outside of the header panel. I have a cover I've built that will go over it. It won't look stock inside but I get all the power and capability of a modern wiper system, including park and intermittant, and all of the parts are readily available.
