I am in the process of pricing materials to redo the bed on my 53 B-4-PW this fall and am thinking of diamond plate (aluminum?). My first inclination is to use oak for the bed floor & aluminum diamond plate for interior sidewalls. Any hindsight? I don't have the space to keep a whole second PW just to get the bed, like some do. I do have space for a TIG welder, however. Thanks!
