I am not advocating a law against these things, but these things (when running) are like a loaded gun. You shouldn't run them around children, or leave them unattended. Saw one of those "thats incredable" type of shows the other day that featured a young man that fell on a pto shaft and it ripped both arms off. He made it to the house by himself and called 911 with his nose. I felt very sorry for him. Now days, when one of these setups are restored, its not usually for use out on the farm, but for hobby/display purposes. All I'm saying is give these setups the respect/precautions they deserve.
