Well somebody needs a good clip round the ear - what on earth did they do to the poor thing ?
Want to bet that the rear half of the frame is junk too because of the abuse it got with the crane fitted. There could be a couple of hundred US in the parts, but anything salvageable won't be the unique Carryall parts.
I think I'll get my WC 53 back from the dealer I lent it to quick......
