I have looked at a few D400-D800 PG trucks, and all the D700s I have seen were the larger extended fender flare(like the W500s).
The D400-D600s that I saw were the correct fenders for W100-W300 PWs.
In 1959 there was only light and heavy duty from what my parts book says.
Other then that AAA has it right.
