Electrical stuff for WDX

I'm putting new wire in my WDX. It has a 12 volt 55amp generator and 12 volt wiper motor on drivers side. I'm putting in a blade tupe fuse box and a 12 volt fuel pump back near the tank to boost fuel to the mechanical pump. My question is what amp fuses should I run for all the components? And where should I put the fuse box in the whole system, after the VR or the Batt? Thanks.
