The smaller you go the lower your final gear ration and the MORE power you get, however you'll lose a little top end, mileage and yes, your speedo will be off. I have 33"X 16.5's on my W200 and it works great with the 4:11 rear end. Wheels by American Racing, black spoke, NASCAR style, very inexpensive and they stay on the bead at low air pressure unlike the "old" style 16.5 rims.
