When you remove the pinion nut to remove the yoke, put it back in exactly the same position. Count the number of threads protruding through the nut, then put a small punch mark on the nut and pinion threads. This information is assuming that that year model is made similar to the later models. This is the way I have allways done this job. SNAP-ON makes a seal puller that will remove most seals. It is a heavy "J" shaped tool with a handle and a place to strike with a hammer.-----Good Luck---GILES
