Contact Military Acquisition Restoration & Supply (M.A.R.S.), Nashville, IN 812-988-2330. They make dropin kits for M37's using the Hercules DT3.7, 4 cylinder engine. Should also work with the PW. They claim with 4.89 gears, they are capable of 70mph speeds, 18-24mpg. Not a bad swap
