on my 52 b-3 pw, fuel gauge wonders from empty to full at random, new sender from vpw gauage checked out ok by vpw,i sanded all connections,used star washers on all posts,gauge and sender shows thay are grounded with test meter, also used jumper wire to ground them, truck is 12 volt, vpw sent a resistor with the gauge, do i need this? what next ? thanks, dean in bishop ca.
