Windage tray for rear sump 318?

Mopar makes a universal 318/360 windage tray which replaces the seperate 273/318/340 tray kit and the 360 tray kit.

Supposedly, this new universal tray will not fit a rear sump truck 318 truck pan.

Does anyone know if this is true or not?
