Key Blanks

I am fortunate to have the original key to my 59 Townie. It is pretty worn and I am always worried about losing it. About a year ago I got a blank from a guy on the Townie forum but my local key shop screwed it up while trying to duplicate mine. I usually check with the local key shops in towns to see if any have ever seen a key like this one. Normally, the local locksmiths have never seen a blank like mine. I went to Laguna Beach last week and was walking down the sidewalk when I saw and old locksmith shop. I went in for laughs and showed my key. Well he had about 10 blanks hanging right there in front of me! He also had a some older tractor keys and some older NOS Jeep lock parts. He is eventually going to post them all on ebay if he ever gets around to it.
The key cost about $6.00
