take them to a TRUCK tire shop (not a Big O
or pass tire place that does some truck work)
have the old tires dismounted & the rims
inspected for rust, cracks, Bent Lock rings, etc.
they can tell you if the wheels are usable
(that is - they COULD / WOULD re-mount tires on them)
see if the flaps or tubes are re-usable
it is well worth the $$ spent
I am an old tire man & would not do my own!!
