In old manuals I've seen picts of checking this with a lumber crayon or pastel marker. Set up a stationary arm with crayon above center of tread. Spin tire and check to see if tire is moving sideways under the stationary crayon.
Set it on a high spot and low spots should show up too. Looks like "road force" is a vocabulary word to look up.
