If you had 120lbs before the seats could not be that bad I would lap them again or the eqp for grinding seats and valves is pretty reasonable on craigs list I got a seat and valve grinder on craigs list for 200 bucks if you are anywhere near Worcester you are welcome to use them or any one else is welcome
