The video shows 25 to 30 thousandths total deflection. Most of the swings looks like they occur around the nuts. But, that might be an illusion.
Put a straight edge up against the face and see if that reveals anything.
The proper way to measure would be to reset the micrometer to zero at the lowest spot and then record the highest reading. Each increment in a thousandths of an inch. So, if the highest reading is 25, then it's twenty five thousandths of an inch.
It's easier to find the highest and lowest spots by working the flange back and forth rather than continuously turning and trying to catch the readings.
Anyway, you got way more run out than would desirable. Whether this is causing your problem, I don't know. Are you sure the shoulders on the lug bolts aren't interfering with the wheel seating properly?
