I don't have disc brakes, so I'm not certain what get's changed when converting. As I understand it the hubs get replaced and rotors and calipers installed along with a bracket for the calipers.
Did you seat the bearings in the hubs correctly? Is there any run-out on the rotors? I suspect there is. Pull the front wheels and measure run-out on the rotor surfaces. Remember that dial indicator setup from Harbor Freight?
