It is time that you listen. The death wobble that you are getting is a combination of several things. It is most likely started by tires that are not balanced. But to go to a death wobble that tells me that there are issues in the front end. I made several suggestions which you apparently have not checked. Your front end has worn or louse parts to cause the death wobble.

You need to check everything.

Steering system: both ends of the drag link and the balls to which it attaches. Steering box adjustment. Tie rod ends. Check to see if steering box and arm are tightly bolted.

Axle: check the wheel bearing adjustment. Check adjustment of the king pin bearings.

Suspension: check spring pins and bushings for wear. Check spring shackles.

I will guarantee that with the age of your truck there are worn and loose parts. You need to systematically go through the entire front end. I have had to do this on both of my trucks. I had to replace a lot of parts. But both truck go down the road with no issues. My carryall will go from 0 to 70 without any vibrations or shimmy. That is with combat rims with tires that have never been balanced. This truck when I got it could not do over 25 without the front end shaking so bad that I thought it was going to fall apart. Now I cruise at 60 to 70 and it tracks so well you can take your hands off the wheel without any fear.

Just suck it up and know that you need to go through the entire front end.
