The best price I could find near me was $27.50 per item. So $27.50 for each wheel, $27.50 for each ring. That price includes the shot-blasting, iron phosphate bath which helps to protect the wheel from liquid calcium (used to treat ice on the roads), and the powder coating. The highest quote was $150 per wheel.
They also mounted the tires for me.
