Just a parts manual (if that's what you really mean) won't do you much good. If you really want a parts manual, you can sometimes pick up an original dealers parts manual for around $50 to $75.
The Dodge dealers manual had FFPW parts listed until about 1971 or so. But, verify that before you buy one. I have a Dodge D200, so I killed two birds with one stone.
In the meantime, you can often find an original Motors Manual for about $20 that will cover your truck. And, in some ways, they are superior to the factory manual.
I'd look for an original Dodge shop manual before I'd pay out any big money.
