I did the same thing on a smaller scale. My truck had a huge rear bumper and a steel bed. I took that to a recyclers 3 miles away and after about 2 hours I got $34 and $25 for an old SST BBQ. Had to come back 3 days later to collect my money since the BBQ could have been stolen (it was mine. They save a picture of your drivers License and the item in the computer.
