Contact a machine shop and ask them if they will make a home visit. It will be easier and probably cheaper in the end to have them do it.
You can only accomplish so much by lapping valves. While you're at it, ask them about putting the valve guides in at the same time.
You might find a mobile mechanic on Craigs list who has the skill and equipment. But, a good percentage of the people you find on Craigs list are flakes, for some reason.
Do you still have the fender on? Eventually, you have to decide that it's worth taking the fender off.
