Just to make sure, here, you do know there is a channel attached to the bottom of the glass, with a second channel that allows the arm on the window crank to travel back and forth, raising and lowering the window? The arm needs to be removed from it's channel in order to bring the glass up and out, by rotating it and lifting. You do NOT have to bend or break anything. Things just have to be loosened up and the right moves made. I have done this 8 or 10 times, and it was never easy.
