Steering Wheel Removal ????

1951/52 PW: All the hardware is out of the center. Unable to get a puller on the steering wheel due to slant of the back of the wheel. Tried a little heat but not much due to the tubing shaft rather than a solid shaft.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
