The size of the line has nothing to do with the pressure. That's the beauty of hydraulics. The pressure on a hydraulic piston depends on the pressure in the fluid and the area of the piston, and nothing else. If the line is too small, the piston may move a bit slowly, but once it moves it will exert just as much force as with a larger line.
