I use the same setup. The vacuum bleeder is kind of marginal, but the fill bottle works pretty slick.

Stick the bottle in the master cylinder and open the valve. It works like the water bottle in the pet watering dishes and stops when the master cylinder is full. You might have to lift the bottle up a little to get the master cylinder topped off.
