That's a variation on the guys who ride their dirt bikes or quads down my driveway, past half a dozen trucks, through the creek, past a few more vehicles, trailers, etc, through another creek, past the hillbilly hot tub, up to a shed with more stuff in it, and then when I corner them before they can make a quick turn-around, tell me "Oh, sorry, I didn't know this was anybody's place."
