This is a 1940 VC-1, with a 1941 body attached to make it look like a 1940 VC-6 ( very rare)
The VC-1 was a command car, and the hood numbers reflect that.
Its a good parts truck, with fairly good body parts.
Engine is no good.
Missing 3 out of 4 doors.
