Cool. Any where else besides the lip and you never would have even seen him.
We used to fish the kelp beds when I was a kid living in Laguna Beach. '49-'68. Sometime in there they harvested all the kelp for a while, but I hear they let it come back.
Lobster and abalone were thick back then.
