That truck has a 39-47 Civi W series cab on it. Must have been a T-207 series open cab pick up and someone installed a closed Civi closed cab on it.. You can tell by the windshield regulator handle on the dashboard and the park lights on the sides of the cab. Military cabs had a swing out windshield with arms . The bed is again a T-207 series since it has "D" ring tie downs.
