I am down to 20K connect speed. No longer can connect to any ATT dial up number in the 518 area code (get no carrier detected). I now connect to a ATT dial up number in Utica NY 315 area. I just hope the fiber is running before the phone connection quite. Neither ATT nor Verizon has any interest in my problem.

Getting on the web with dialup, builds character.
