Also keep in mind that if lightning has struck a rubber tired machine or vehicle one or more tires can explode at any time, even a day later. The same thing can happen with a rubber tired crane or boom truck that has made contact with an overhead high voltage line. The higher the voltage, and the wetter the ground the more likely it is to happen.
