M37 fuel filler hose

Is there anything special about the fuel filler hose on the M37 or can I buy a fuel hose from NAPA. When I disassembled my tank my hose was really soft like it was partially dissolved and I wonder if a previous owner used radiator hose. I wasn't sure if it is a common size or larger than typical vehicles.
