Lessee, First establish hub flange locations by making caliper bracket, and use caliper + pads to locate disc location.

Then build a mandrel to suit hub and lathe. Turn hub OD round w/ a shoulder at teh correct location, turn a flange ID to suit hub, weld together w/ flange at shoulder, turn outer face true.

If I thought there was a challenge here, I would have discs on my truck.
