Well, I'm tryin. The "It's Alive" header on the thread is appropriate as this is a Frankentruck! It has a 230 out of a '56 Coronet. I had to swap oil pans as this one had a center sump pan which whacked the pumpkin and brake lines. I also had to make my own throttle linkage since the Power Wagon wasn't exactly set up for a 2 barrel Stomberg WW. There is other weirdness, but not to bad. I got a sterring wheel from VPW, but have to mail it back as this booger has some strange steering column in it. Right now it has one off a 57 ford. It is 15/16 to 1 inch tapered and keyed. There was evidence that someone had the thing on airplane tires at one time. The steering arm was welded (badly) to the knuckle. I managed to get them apart and save both. Sheesh.
