I have removed every screw I can find and loosened the collar and it doesn't come apart. The inside handle that hangs down is missing but what is left rotates and turns the light outside from side to side. I can see a belt mechanism that is still working. I am afraid to put to much force and break the belt. Not sure what separates from what and those cut away views are hard for me to read.
