Make a drill bit on the end of your wire.
Use a hammer and smash a flat spot on the very end of the wire to make it wider.
Use a bench grinder to shape a tapered point out of the flat spot, and to narrow it up as much as needed to fit in the tube.
Use a drill - pushing with real slight pressure, let the drill bit do the work. You might need to re shape the end more than once if the blockage is real stubborn.
Use a stiff wire, not a flimsy wire for strength. Something like the wire inside a flexible choke cable.
